Morris chef wins 'Hell's Kitchen' top prize

A 32-year-old Chester native cooked his way to victory during Tuesday's finale of the Fox reality television show "Hell's Kitchen."

Dave Levey, was in Whistler, British Columbia, for the show's final episode, and there he'll stay to be head chef at the Arazi Restaurant and Bar. Levey bested 16 other aspiring chefs to take the top prize.
