Affordable housing help on its way to Highlands townsJanuary 17, 2009 9:54 am Highlands municipalities will be getting detailed information to help them determine how much affordable housing they can fit, as well as to help them comply with the regional master plan. New Jersey Highlands Council Executive Director Eileen Swan outlined for the council on Thursday the process for conducting the build out analysis that is likely to lead to lower affordable housing quotas for most or all of the 67 municipalities, including 20 in Morris County, that have tentatively agreed to conform to the development plan.
