Cupcakes in Chester?I heard there is a new cupcake place in Chester. Anyone know where it is located?
It's near New York pizza on Main st. we tried Friday night. Owners are really nice. Flavor is great. My only suggestion is to bake the cupcakes in the am not pm they were a little dry. very cute shop :) That's pretty common with new baked good places now. They just don't sell enough merchandise to keep everything at peek freshness. I had a chocolate with peanut butter frosting tonight.
